The hotel is comfortable and quiet, with a few noise issues due to early morning deliveries from the supermarket below our window. The location is not in the center but still convenient, being close to some Xmas markets and with good metro connections. The dining experience offers a good choice of food, although basic. There are positives and negatives to the stay, so let's dive into the details.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, above a grocery store. Although the bathrooms need a bit of improvement for better visibility of towels needing replacement, they are nicely designed with a kitchenette and provided amenities. The service is adaptable to personal needs, and the location provides a perfect base for exploring the city quickly. The dining experience exceeds expectations, offering a good selection of seasonal dishes. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel I stayed at didn't quite match the expectations set by the photos; the rooms were not as nice as depicted and faced issues like lack of hot water and proper lighting. On the bright side, our room had a private balcony with seating for two, which was a nice touch.
